9. Children's Privacy
Klinkerr is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK, or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact connect@klinkerr.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
11. Apple App Store Disclosures
In line with Apple's App Privacy requirements, the following data types may be collected and linked to your identity: Contact Info (name, email), User Content (links, notes, folders), Identifiers (user ID), Usage Data (product interaction), and Diagnostics (crash and performance data). We use App Tracking Transparency — we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. If this ever changes, we will request your permission first.
12. Google Play Disclosures
Consistent with Google Play's Data Safety section, we collect the data categories described in Section 2 for app functionality, account management, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. You can request deletion at any time from within the app or via connect@klinkerr.com, or via our web deletion form at klinkerr.com/delete-account.
13. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, IndexedDB, service workers) for essential functionality (login sessions, offline PWA), preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies will break core features.
14. Third-Party Links
Klinkerr lets you save links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information to them.
15. Do Not Track
Our Service does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common standard has been finalized. We treat your privacy choices as described above.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email at least 7 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
